Following a previous refusal of permission, D&M Planning were instructed to reapply in an attempt to address the reasons for refusal previously included by the officer. Taking the application over from the applicant who had handled the first themselves, Matt was able to demonstrate the various benefits of the proposal and argue against the reasons for refusal. The application was approved without delay and will provide the homeowner with their own parking provision and access.
