D&M Planning Ltd are proud to have secured the grant of planning permission for the residential redevelopment of an existing office in a sustainable location in Haslemere. The proposal also includes a roof top extension to provide an additional two units. The permission follows a previous refusal for a similar scheme on site. Working closely with relevant consultants and through a detailed planning statement, Matt was able to overcome these objections helping to secure much needed additional housing.
