New Garage, Pool and Pool House approved within curtilage of a Grade II Listed Property

Having previously achieved sizeable extensions on the listed property within the Green Belt, D&M Planning were pleased to achieve planning permission for the erection of a detached garage, pool house, swimming pool and driveway. Arguing a range of varying exemptions within Green Belt policy and following some negotiations with the Council the application was approved. This was a particularly constrained site being in the Green Belt, AONB, and being a Grade II Listed building but D&M Planning successfully navigated the challenge.
