D&M Planning Ltd are proud to have secured the grant of 8 certificates of lawful development confirming the lawful use/build of 6 dwellings and 2 offices within a Registered Park and Gardens. Working closely with Counsel and the applicant, Matt was able to review evidence and help prepare the submissions. Following the hard work all eight certificates were approved without issue by the Council.
