D&M Planning have successfully achieved planning permission for the demolition of an existing bungalow and the erection of a pair of semi-detached, two storey dwellings.
The site, located in Chilworth inset from the Green Belt, contained a small bungalow. The approved application permitted the demolition of this bungalow and the construction of two x three bed family homes. D&M Planning contended that the development would be of a high quality design that provided much needed housing for the Borough.
The Council, in issuing their decision, agreed with the arguments submitted and planning permission was granted.
