D&M Planning have helped achieve planning permission for the complete redevelopment of a redundant equestrian centre in the Green Belt and AONB. D&M Planning identified the opportunity for the site as constituting previously developed land and that one of the exceptions to Green Belt policy listed within the NPPF could be applicable. Through working with the developer and the appointed architect permission was granted for two new dwellings with detached garages following demolition of the existing building. The luxury dwellings are designed to provide generous space suitable for a modern family and to be of high aesthetic quality.
