D&M secure Planning Permission for a new 4,000 sq ft detached dwelling in Dockenfield

Planning permission has been obtained for the replacement of a builder's yard in Dockenfield, Surrey, with a 4,000 sq ft detached dwelling.

The Council was convinced that the proposed new dwelling would result in an environmental improvement over the existing builder's yard. The scheme will result in significant improvements in the amenity of the area and for neighbouring properties. The D&M Planning Partnership were assisted by a report from commercial agents, Wadham and Isherwood, to show that there was no longer a justification for the retention of the employment site.
