D&M secure Planning Permission for new hotel at Adhurst St. Mary

The D&M Planning Partnership has secured planning permission for extensions and alterations at Adhurst St. Mary near Petersfield, to provide a new 46 bedroom country hotel and 12 new dwellings.

The house, once the family seat of the Bonham-Carter estate, is a large Victorian listed building which is in great need of repair. The Council was satisfied that the proposed enabling works would facilitate the restoration and maintenance of this listed building.
