D&M obtain planning permission for the demolition of a commercial unit and the erection of new apartments in Reigate

D&M Planning has secured planning permission for the demolition of a former commercial unit and the erection of a detached two and a half storey building comprising two number one bedroom self contained apartments in Reigate.

Reigate and Banstead Borough Council concluded that the new dwelling was an appropriate form of development and in keeping with the character and appearance of the streetscene.
