The D&M Planning Partnership achieve planning permission for a double garage and stable building within the Metropolitan Green Belt, Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and Area of Great Landscape Value

Waverley Borough Council has granted planning permission for the erection of a double garage and stables at Bramley, Surrey.

The Council agreed the proposal, which is located within the Metropolitan Green Belt, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) and an Area of Great Landscape Value (AGLV), would not detract from the openness of the Green Belt or detract from the rural character and appearance of the AONB and AGLV.

This proposal was a resubmission of an earlier application (granted planning permission in 2006).
