D&M Planning achieve Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent for a tennis court, retaining walls, paving, new gates and vine arbours within a walled garden in Haslemere
October 2009

The D&M Planning Partnership has been successful in obtaining Planning Permission and Listed Building Consent for the retention of a lawn tennis court and retaining walls and new and replacement paving, timber gates and vine arbours within a walled garden in Haslemere.

The Council agreed with D&M Planning that the works would not be harmful to the openness of the Green Belt or to the rural character and appearance of the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and Area of Great Landscape Value. The Council also agreed that the works did not detract from intrinsic historic or architectural merits of the adjacent Grade II Listed Building.
