D&M gain planning permission for a hand car wash facility in Haslemere

The D&M Planning Partnership have been successful in obtaining planning permission for the change of use of an area of parking from Use Class D2 (Assembly and Leisure) to Use Class B1 (Business) for a hand car wash facility at the Unicorn Trading Estate, Wey Hill, Haslemere.

Waverley Borough Council considered the proposal would not have a harmful impact upon the surrounding area or detract from the amenities of neighbouring residential and commercial properties.
