D&M wins appeal for 6 houses at Effingham
August 2007

Planning permission has been granted at appeal for the erection of 6 dwellings following the demolition of one dwelling on land in Effingham.

The Inspector considered the scale and density of the development to be acceptable contrary to the Borough Council. The development will be built out by the Appellents, Reside Developments as their first development achieved through their own application.
