D&M wins appeal for the retention of a detached double garage in Shamley Green

The D&M Planning Partnership was successful in winning a Planning Appeal for the retrospective retention of a detached double garage with loft storage and an attached bin store to a property in the Green Belt, Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and Great Landscape Value just outside of Shamley Green.

The Inspector agreed with The D&M Planning Partnership that the design, size and scale of the garage and its associated loft storage accommodation was not harmful to the Green Belt, Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty or Great Landscape Value and the bin store was an acceptable extension to the dwelling.
