D&M wins an Informal Hearing Planning Appeal for change of use of Public House to Offices

The D&M Planning Partnership has been successful in winning an Informal Hearing Planning Appeal for the change of use of a Public House to B1 Offices in a rural village just outside Bracknell.

The Inspector agreed with D&M Planning that the original Public House use did not form an important community facility and that the proposed alternative use did not present a danger to highway users.
