D&M wins appeal for a new dwelling in Guildford

The D & M Planning Partnership has been successful in winning a Planning Appeal for an end of terrace house including basement living accommodation on a residential road adjacent to Stoke Park.

The Inspector agreed with D & M Planning that the proposed basement would have no impact on the surrounding area and that the existing garden was adequate to support the additional habitable accommodation. The Inspector also found that the neighbours' objections could not be substantiated and accordingly allowed the Appeal.
