D&M obtain planning permission and Conservation Area Consent for the demolition of a commercial unit and the erection of a new dwelling in Esher

D&M Planning have secured Planning Permission and Conservation Area Consent for the demolition of an existing joiners workshop and the erection of a detached two and a half storey split level apartment with integral garage in Esher.

The plot was located within a Conservation Area and consent was required to remove the existing building. Elmbridge Borough Council concluded that the new dwelling was an appropriate form of development and an enhancement to the Conservation Area.
