D&M obtain planning permission for a canine hydrotherapy pool and associated development

Retrospective planning permission has been granted for a canine hydrotherapy pool and associated buildings, fencing and decking at the Hogs Back, Guildford.

Guildford Borough Council concluded that the hydrotherapy pool and building and associated buildings, fencing and decking, which is located within the Metropolitan Green Belt, an Area of Great Landscape Value and an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, constitutes appropriate development and does not have a harmful impact upon the rural character and appearance of the surrounding area.
