D&M secure retrospective planning permission for extensions to a dwelling in Dunsfold

D&M Planning has secured retrospective planning permission for a two storey side and first floor rear extension to a residential property.

Whilst located within the settlement boundary of Dunsfold, the property is also located within a Conservation Area, Countryside beyond the Green Belt and an Area of Great Landscape Value.

The Council found that the works did not have a harmful impact upon the existing house, the surrounding area or on the amenity of neighbouring properties.
