New Music School for Box Hill School
September 2008

Permission was granted by Mole Valley DC following detailed pre-application discussions including the drafting of a 10 year development master plan for the School and the creation of a Section 106 Agreement, superseding a suite of previous agreements.

D&M advised on the various planning implications for this Green Belt site which lies within a Conservation Area, whose core building is Grade II Listed, and with the School Campus being part within and part beyond the current Mickleham Village Settlement Boundary.
