D&M secure Planning Permission for a new 5 bedroom dwelling in Farnham

D&M Planning have secured planning permission for a new five bedroom dwelling, designed in traditional southern English cottage style, within Farnham.

Whilst within the built-up area of Farnham the plot adjoins an Area of Great Landscape Value and Countryside Beyond the Green Belt, Waverley Borough Council concluded that the scale, bulk and design of the new dwelling was acceptable within this location and would not have a harmful impact upon the character of the adjacent Area of Great Landscape Value or Countryside Beyond the Green Belt.
