D&M Planning Limited is a firm of Chartered Town Planning consultants based in Godalming, Surrey.
We provide advice to public and private sector clients on aspects of town planning including applications, appeals, Local Development Frameworks representations, site and development appraisals and the co-ordination of environmental statements.
Within this role we develop or advise on estate strategies and the development potential of surplus estate assets.
This expertise is supported by sound technical knowledge and all professional staff are Chartered Town Planners and members of the Royal Town Planning Institute.

The D&M Planning Partnership was established on 1 May 1995.
The company was incorporated in 2011 as D&M Planning Limited We operate primarily in SE England drawing on the considerable knowledge of our professional team. The majority of professional and technical staff have had extensive experience of working in local government.
